Service Description

INCLUDES: -1x 60 minute initial consultation (initial assessment, goal setting, review of body systems/functions, symptom charting, analysis of current diet, medication and supplement review) -Individualised diet plan -Health plan including lifestyle recommendations, testing (if required) and prescription for therapeutic supplements (if required) -1x 60 minute consultation (1-2 weeks after initial consultation). At this session you willl receive your diet plan and any finetuning changes will be made. Diet plan will include meals, recipes and key nutritional requirements for your individual needs -1x 30 minute follow up session approx.4-6 weeks after commencing the diet plan
