Amy’s holistic approach explores individual biochemistry and body function to create harmony in the internal body systems.
Embracing a holistic and functional approach to nutrition and wellness, Amy recognises the synchronicity and interrelation of the body’s internal systems to create a thorough and unique therapeutic wellness plan with her clients.
Amy is particularly passionate about and furthermore has extensive experience working in the area of wholefoods nutrition, mental health and digestive health, considering these an integral part of an individual’s health and wellbeing.
Following the holistic and scientific teachings at Endeavour College of Natural Health and gaining a Bachelor of Health Science (Nutritional Medicine), Amy embraced the natural health world starting out in private consulting in a multi-modality clinic, before branching out to launch her own business: www.amylloydnutrition.com.au.
Running her consulting practice as part of the energic holistic space upstairs inside the Raw Kitchen building in Fremantle, Amy joins a hub of wellness, yoga, sustainable living advocacy, education and healthy eating.
In addition to private consulting, Amy thrives in community involvement, engaging in public speaking, group health presentations, corporate wellness days, school wellness days and camps, cooking workshops and other exciting ventures.
