INCLUDES: -1x Initial 60 minute assessment (initial assessment, goal setting, review of body systems/functions, symptom charting, dietary review, medication and supplement review) - 3x Monthly follow up appointments (1 hour each) -Individualised dietary plan (with review at each follow up) -Online support throughout the 12 weeks -Prescription for high quality 'prescription only' supplements, if required -3x InBody Body Composition Scans (performed by qualified scanner offsite)
