About the event

Join us on our half day retreat "Breath, Move, Nourish" where we team up with Leigh Whitehead of Sustainable Human Movement.

Leigh will guide us through breathing practices, a yoga flow movement sequence and demonstration of how to use rollers for self myofacial technique. Leigh is passionate about teaching self care practices which can be used at home to promote sustainable movement and optimal body function. 

Amy will share her extensive knowledge of using wholefoods nutrition to promote optimal wellness and take us through a cooking demonstration of the following recipes:

"Grounding" nutmeg nut milk

"Nourishing" immune boosting broth

"Recharging" quinoa salad

Dopamine "enhancing" cacao avocado mud

Nourish bowls 

Tasters for each dish provided, finishing with lunch. Recipe book included! All dishes are plant-based and sugar free.
